Whether new plays or classic literature with a twist, Late Night Theatre at Beowulf Alley challenges, intrigues, charms and shocks. At 10:30 p.m., on January 28, 29, February 4, and 5, 2011, join us for INTERROGATING THE NUDE by Doug Wright, directed by Scott O'Brien. The cast includes Evan Engle, Brian Hanson, Aelynn Heinrichs, Scott O'Brien and Josh Parra. This play contains mature subject matter. Doors open 30 minutes prior to performances.

Guggenheim Announces New Exhibition Through 6/1

The Great Upheaval: Modern Art from the Guggenheim Collection, 1910-1918 illuminates the dynamism of this fertile period, as artists hurtled toward abstraction and the ultimate 'great upheaval' of a catastrophic war, and also highlights the masterpieces of modern art that launched the museum's collection. The exhibition unites the Guggenheim Foundation's remarkable collections in New York and Venice in order to trace the origins of the museum and capture the spirit and dynamism of the European avant-garde.

Jacobs from the life, work, and writings of R. Buckminster Fuller. The production features Thomas Derrah as Bucky Fuller. Set and lighting design is by David Cuthbert, costume design by Darla Cash, projection design by Jim Findlay, and sound/composition by Luis Perez.

With Henry Clay Frick's death in 1919, his will was made public and the destiny of his collection and mansion as a museum was formalized, but not yet set into motion. After the death of his wife, Adelaide, in 1931, the Board of Trustees established by Mr. Frick's will became engaged in discussions about how to create a museum from this legacy.
