Paper Mill Playhouse announced today the world premiere of UNMASKED, which will feature some of Andrew Lloyd Webber's most iconic work and the stories behind its creation, along with new music and memories from his extraordinary life and career, will open its 2018-2019 season.

Newsome, have announced, today, the cast and creative team for the Off-Broadway premiere of The Stone Witch, a play by Shem Bitterman (A Death in Colombia, Influence). Today, we very proudly shine the spotlight on PSM Daniel Brewer, the dean of production stage managers in this region, and the resident stage manager at Nashville Children's Theatre. In 2011, he was among that year's First Night Honorees in recognition of his truly exceptional career and for the grace and skill with which he does his job. In fact, we wouldn't be at all surprise to find his headshot next to the very definition of "stage manager" in reference books.

New City Players presents the comedy Twelfth Night (also known as What You Will) by William Shakespeare published in his 1623 First Folio. The first recorded performance was on February 2, 1602, at Candlemas, the formal end of Christmastide in the year's calendar. The play expands on plot elements drawn from the short story Of Apollonius and Silla by Barnabe Rich, based on a story by Matteo Bandello. Observant theatre goers may recognize the exact same plot from movies such as Just One of the Guys (1985), and She's the Man (2006).

The 71st Annual Tony Awards are this Sunday June 11th at 8/9c hosted by Kevin Spacey.
