Emmy and Tony Award Winner Kristin Chenoweth brings her debut world tour to Philadelphia with a performance at the Academy of Music on Friday, June 1, 2012. Tickets go on sale to the public on Monday, March 12 at 10 a.m. The North American tour includes 19 cities across the country, kicking off on May 9 in Seattle and concluding in Chenoweth's hometown of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on June 24.

Today in 1999, You're A Good an Charlie Brown opened at the Ambassador Theatre, where it ran for 149 performances. A 1967 musical comedy with music and lyrics by Clark Gesner, the show is based on the characters created by cartoonist Charles M. Schulz in his comic strip Peanuts. THe 1999 revival featured new dialogue by Michael Mayer, who also directed, and additional songs and orchestration written by Andrew Lippa; choreography was by Jerry Mitchell. The cast featured Anthony Rapp, Kristin Chenoweth, and Roger Bart.

The Ambassador Theatre Group Ltd (ATG), the UK's largest theatre company, with 39 venues in the UK, including 13 in the West End, announced today that it has partnered with Tony Award-winner Jerry Mitchell, the acclaimed director and choreographer, to form Jerry Mitchell Productions. Jerry Mitchell Productions will work to develop, create and produce new productions for ATG theatres in London, New York and around the world. Mitchell will also take on a Creative Producer role, as well as being a Director/Choreographer on selected productions, and will focus on a wide range of projects from new commissions to fresh, innovative versions of classic pieces.

The production is an unprecedented account of the Federal District Court trial in Perry v. Schwarzenegger (now Perry v.
