According to Doha News, Andrew Lloyd Webber's CATS will bow in Qatar in early 2017. Tickets are now on sale for the musical, which will run at the Qatar National Convention Center, February 1-4.

Leona Lewis Takes Final Bow in CATS Today

Leona Lewis will sing her final 'Memory' today, before her time with Cats becomes just that. After taking on the role of Grizabella after pop star Nicole Scherzinger decided to depart the revival in favor of being a judge on The X Factor, Lewis joined the production in time for the Broadway transfer, which opened July 31st. She will be succeeded in the role of The Glamour Cat by her understudy, Mamie Parris, who begins performances as Grizabella on October 17th.

The impact that the show has had on audiences has been famously polarizing, and yet few other musicals in Broadway history have achieved greater success and notoriety than Cats.
