Center Theatre Group has announced the cast for the world premiere of "Quack" by Eliza Clark. Directed by Center Theatre Group Associate Artistic Director Neel Keller, the production will begin previews October 21, open October 28 and continue through November 18, 2018, at the Kirk Douglas Theatre.

It's just been revealed that the new musical comedy Beetlejuice will open on Broadway at the Winter Garden Theatre (1634 Broadway) in April 2019. Beetlejuice will begin Broadway previews in March 2019.

Sony Pictures Animation and Nelvana have announced the second-season renewal of the hit animated comedy Hotel Transylvania: The Series. Disney Channel in the U.S. and their global territories, and TELETOON Canada, a network owned by Nelvana parent company Corus Entertainment, are set to broadcast the new episodes.

The Television Academy tonight presented the 2018 Creative Arts Emmy Awards Ceremonies on Saturday and Sunday night honoring outstanding artistic and technical achievement in television at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The Television Academy announced today the juried award winners for the 70th Emmy Awards in the categories of Animation and Motion Design. The juried awards for these categories will be presented at the 2018 Creative Arts Awards ceremonies on Saturday, September 8 and Sunday, September 9.

The Oregon Trail is a famous, or perhaps notorious, computer game from the 1970s, originally intended as a piece of educational software to teach US school pupils about 19th century western migration.  The fiendish video game was reimagined as a comedy musical in 2014 by Team Starkid, and Gone Rogue Productions have brought the show to the Fringe this year as a European Premiere.

Complete casting has been announced for the world premiere Pre-Broadway engagement of the new musical comedy Beetlejuice.

Paramount Worldwide Acquisitions announced today that it has acquired the North American rights to the Sarah Jessica Parker (“Divorce,” “Sex and the City”) drama HERE AND NOW (formerly titled Blue Night).  The film will be distributed by Paramount Home Media Distribution on Digital and VOD beginning November 9, 2018, the same day that it will debut in theaters from AMBI Distribution.
