Northlight Theatre will continue its 2022–2023 season with Georgiana & Kitty: Christmas at Pemberley by Lauren Gunderson and Margot Melcon, directed by Marti Lyons. The production runs November 25 – December 24, 2022.

Katy Lipson for Aria Entertainment has announced the casting for the world premiere of Claus The Musical which will run at The Lowry from 14 December 2022 – 8 January. Producers Hunter Arnold and Kayla Greenspan announced that Jefferson Mays’ universally celebrated, one man virtuoso, tour-de-force performance in Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol will be coming to Broadway this holiday season for a strictly limited 66-performance engagement at the Nederlander Theatre. The Washington Stage Guild will conclude its 2021-2022 season with Memoirs of a Forgotten Man by D.W. Gregory. The play, which had its world premiere at The Contemporary American Theatre Festival in 2018, takes place in the Stalinist Soviet Union, where a man’s inability to forget those whom the government has “erased” becomes increasingly problematic for him and his family.
