Announcing the 2017 Tilt Kids Festival!

The Cultural Services of the French Embassy and the French Institute Alliance Francaise (FIAF) are pleased to announce programming for the second annual Tilt Kids Festival. With five world premieres and four U.S. debuts, the multidisciplinary festival presents adventurous and playful new work for families from artists spanning the globe. This year the Canton Symphony Orchestra is proud to bring back their favorite Kent-based band, The Speedbumps, for a third collaborative concert.  On February 11, 2017, the CSO and The Speedbumps will travel to the historic Canton Palace Theatre to show off in a truly “locally grown” concert.  They will begin at 8:00PM todaynight, and the audience will be treated to some of the band's past hits, as well as some of their new releases.  This concert is sponsored in part by the W. Henry Hoover Foundation.
