Jim James has spent the better part of almost two decades as the lead singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist of My Morning Jacket. With an illustrious solo career of his own, James' Uniform Distortion tour will celebrate his 2018 record of the same name and include other career-spanning material.

The acclaimed American rock band has announced not-to-be-missed headline performances that will include songs from their voluminous catalog at two historic venues: Morrison, CO's legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre on August 2 and 3 and Queens, NY's Forest Hills Stadium on August 10. These are the only planned live dates by the band in 2019.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the full cast and creative team for Paradise Square: An American Musical. The world premiere is helmed by acclaimed director Moises Kaufman, with choreography by the legendary Bill T. Jones and a book by Marcus Gardley, Craig Lucas, and Larry Kirwan. Music by Jason Howland and Larry Kirwan, with lyrics by Nathan Tysen, and based on the songs of Stephen Foster. Paradise Square is produced by special arrangement with Garth H. Drabinsky in association with Peter LeDonne and Teatro Proscenium Limited Partnership.

The Utah Symphony today announced the lineup for the 2018 summer community concert series in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas, several of which feature outdoor venues. The schedule includes Gina Bachauer Piano Competition Finals on June 22 and 23 at 7 PM at Abravanel Hall, Gallivan Center on Monday June 25, Disney in Concert: "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" on June 27 and 28 at Abravanel Hall, the Utah Symphony at Snowbasin Resort on June 29 and August 7, the Utah Symphony at Thanksgiving Point on July 2, the Utah Symphony at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center on July 3, and Jenny Oaks Baker with the Utah Symphony on August 1 at Red Butte Garden Amphitheatre. Ticketing information is posted with each concert. No tickets are required for the Gallivan Center and Utah Cultural Celebration Center performances, which are free to the public. Tickets for the other performances are on sale now with ticketing information available at www.utahsymphony.org.

Cleveland Play House (CPH) is proud to announce the cast of the high-spirited, interactive musical comedy The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. In partnership with the Audemars Piguet Art Commission, Times Square Arts presents artist Sun Xun's Time Spy on Times Square's electronic billboards from 11:57 p.m. to midnight every night in July. This project is a part of Midnight Moment, a monthly presentation by The Times Square Advertising Coalition (TSAC) and Times Square Arts. One of China's most prominent young artists, Sun Xun created Time Spy for the second Audemars Piguet Art Commission in partnership with Sean Kelly Gallery, Edouard Malingue Gallery and Shanghart Gallery as part of a large-scale immersive multimedia installation first presented during Art Basel in Miami Beach in December 2016.
