ROCK OF AGES, Broadway's five-time Tony Award-nominated smash hit musical built on the music that ignited a generation, will now blaze a path on Broadway as the first show to join today's new media revolution. Tonight, October 27, YouTube sensation Chester See, who has over 1.5 million subscribers and 160 million channel views, will make his Broadway debut as wild rock idol 'Stacee Jaxx,' for a limited engagement through January 4, 2015.

Producers of the five-time Tony Award-nominated Rock of Ages announced today that 'Big Brother' starFrankie J. Grande will return to Broadway in the smash-hit musical beginning November 10, 2014. Grande will star in the role of 'Franz' - the free-spirited son of German developer Hertz Klineman, who threatens to tear down the Sunset Strip - through January 18, 2015.

Rehearsals begin today, Thursday, October 2 in New York City for The River, a new play by Jez Butterworth, starring Hugh Jackman, Laura Donnelly and Cush Jumbo and directed by Ian Rickson. The River begins preview performances in four weeks on Friday, October 31 and will open on Sunday, November 16 at the Circle in the Square Theatre (50th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue). The production will play a strictly limited 13-week engagement through Sunday, January 25, 2015.

With music & lyrics by Andrew Lippa and book by John August, this tender tribute to family and the magic of storytelling is a feast for the eyes, as well as the heart. Big Fish will play for 11 performances (September 12-28, 2014) at the Lucie Stern Theater, located at 1305 Middlefield Road in Palo Alto.

The New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players (NYGASP), America's preeminent professional Gilbert & Sullivan repertory company, will kick off its 40th Anniversary Season on October 12th and for the first time in its history-will present a full schedule of performances in the heart of Manhattan's Greenwich Village. It's always a pleasure watching developing dancers. You can say you knew and saw them when. That's was my reaction after watching Juilliard Dance: New Dances Plus Edition 2013 this past Sunday. On the other hand, my response to the dances themselves did not propel me into critical encomiums, and I place the blame on Lawrence Rhodes, a truly outstanding dance educator. He didn't do anything bad-he just made a mistake.
