As we continue on into October, along with all the Fall and Halloween decorations, a goodly number of our Central Coast theatres are offering a 'spooktacular' lineup of shows for you to enjoy (sorry ... couldn't resist!).

San Diego Theatres continues to offer a wide range of the best entertainment for their audiences with the announcement of a full 2010-2011 BALBOA THEATRE SEASON! Entertainment Weekly's Ausiello Files reports today that Hal Holbrook just recently finished filming a guest stint on NBC's The Event. The series, an upcoming American conspiracy thriller was created by Nick Wauters. It is scheduled to premiere Monday, September 20, 2010 at 9 pm/8c.

Denver Center Attractions (DCA) has announced four additional engagements to its 2010 season. These added attractions include returns of MARK TWAIN TONIGHT!, TAP DOGS, GREASE and MAMMA MIA!.

Actor of stage and screen Hal Holbrook has signed on to appear in the upcoming third season of FX's Sons of Anarchy. He will star in a four episode arc as Nate Madock, the father of Gemma Morrow Teller, played by Katey Segal. The season premiere is to take place in September.
