The Hartt School, the comprehensive performing arts conservatory of the University of Hartford, is pleased to present 'Bang on a Can All-Stars' on Thursday evening, December 9, 2010, at 7:30 PM, in Millard Auditorium on the University of Hartford's West Hartford campus. Individual concert tickets are $30 and Series subscriptions are $100, with discounts on individual tickets and subscriptions for seniors, educators, University of Hartford alumni, students, and groups.

play The Laramie Project and the new companion piece The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later, November 11-13, 2010. Now more relevant than ever, these two plays explore the impact that the murder of Matthew Shephard (12 years ago this month) had not only on the town of Laramie, Wyoming but also on our nation, and how the effect of that impact continues to be felt today. Hamingson) announced complete casting today for the concert version of Paul Simon's THE CAPEMAN, running August 14-16 at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. Ivan Hernandez completes the cast as Salvador Agrón. All performances for the three night concert version of THE CAPEMAN will be at 8 p.m. Free tickets will be distributed the day of the show.

OCPAC's THE LION KING Closes 6/13

Casting has been announced for the Orange County Performing Arts Center engagement of DISNEY'S THE LION KING. The stage production play on the Segerstrom Hall stage for three weeks from May 26 to June 13. The press opening night is May 28 at 7:30 PM. This engagement is currently one of seven productions running worldwide along with New York, London, Hamburg, Tokyo, Paris and Las Vegas.
