Musical Theatre West has announced that Andrea McArdle, Broadway's original Annie, will star as Miss Hannigan in its upcoming production of ANNIE at the beautiful 1070-seat Carpenter Performing Arts Center in Long Beach. ANNIE previews October 29th and runs October 30th through November 14th. Tony Award®-winning producer Arielle Tepper Madover announced today that Tony Award®-winner James Lapine will direct the new production of the beloved Tony Award®-winning musical ANNIE. The production will open in fall, 2012 at a Nederlander theatre to be announced.

Cerca de 400 niñas entre 6 y 12 años se presentaron con la esperanza de llegar a interpretar a la joven Annie, o alguna de las otras 12 huérfanas de la historia.
