Tacoma Little Theatre presents SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL

Tacoma Little Theatre brightens the holiday season with Seussical the Musical, directed by Jen York, choregraphed by Eric Clausell, and musically directed by Terry O'Hara.

In Seussical the Musical, cats wear hats and audiences wear smiles -- both two sizes too large. It's almost impossible not to grin when this all-ages musical adaptation of Dr. Seuss' stories plunges you into the whimsical world of The Cat in the Hat, Horton Hears a Who! and many more classics. The Cat in the Hat links the stories of young Jojo who is a "thinker of strange and wonderful thinks," and Horton the Elephant, who's out to prove that "a person's a person, no matter how small." Seussical's cast of favorite characters, including the Whos of Whoville, Horton, and the Cat himself, brings a sense of wonder and fun to this colorful family favorite at Tacoma Little Theatre.

This production stars Christopher Sweet (The Cat in the Hat), Steve Barnett (Horton the Elephant), Brittany Griffins (Gertrude), and Alexandria Bray (Jojo). Featured are: Samantha Lobberegt, Courtney Eggert, Caleb Corpeno, Evie Merrill, CHARLIE STEVENS, Liam Loughridge, James Wrede, Caiti Burke, Emma Konop, Jayda Slack, Maddie Fry, Micheal O'Hara, Sharry O'Hare, Andrew Fry, Kathy Kluska, Gunnar Ray, Thalia Wood, Megan Ross, Olivia Zamira, and Caje Johnson.

Seussical the Musical will run Friday, December 1, through Sunday, December 24, 2017. Friday and Saturday showings are at 7:30pm and Sundays at 2:00pm. Special added performances have been added on Wednesday, December 20th and Thursday, December 22nd at 7:30pm, and Saturday, December 23rd at 2:00pm. Seussical is recommended for all ages.

Tickets are $26.00 (Adults). $24.00 (Seniors 60+/Students/Military), and $22.00 (Children 12 and under). Group rates are available for 10 or more, and special FLEX passes for 6 are only $130.00.

There will be a special "Pay What You Can" performance on Thursday, December 14, 2017. Tickets for that performance will be available beginning Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in person or over the phone.
