GreenStage's 22nd season is filled with love and lovers. Tragic, beautiful, silly, star-crossed, unrequited and out of their minds - they're all here.

SEATTLE OUTDOOR THEATER FESTIVAL - CELEBRATING A DECADE!
July 10TH and 11TH, 2010 at Volunteer Park
GreenStage is proud to present the 10th Annual Seattle Outdoor Theater Festival! Two days of outdoor performances by local companies. Complete schedule will be available soon at www.greenstage.org/sotf. Started in 2001 as a cooperative venture between GreenStage, Theater Schmeater, and Wooden O Theatre, SOTF has become the launching pad of outdoor theater in Seattle.

Plans for 2010 are to increase the size of the festival to include a whopping 14 performances! Last year, audiences caught 10 shows by GreenStage, Seattle Shakespeare's Wooden O, Theater Schmeater, Young Shakespeare Workshop, Last Leaf Productions, Balagan Theatre, and Open Circle Theater. New this year, Jet City Improv and their 'Lost Folio' show.

Because of the huge success of the festival, we started a new Museum Stage, located next to the Seattle Asian Art Museum. This stage hosted a couple of performances last year, and this year will have a full day of scheduling.

OCTOBER 2010 - MACBETH Directed by Ken Holmes
ANOTHER HARD BARD PRODUCTION
In the tradition of last October's hugely popular, over the top, Halloween production of Titus Andronicus, GreenStage tackles the bloody tale of Macbeth.

About GreenStage
The mission of GreenStage is to inspire audiences to engage in live theatre as part of their recreation. The company always performs for free, collecting voluntary donations after performances.
Having the distinction of being the area's longest running Shakespeare Company; GreenStage has produced 35 of the 38 plays in Shakespeare's cannon, as well as producing several new works in the Seattle Fringe Theatre Festival and the company's successful American Classics Series of plays at Magnuson Park.

Schedules and show information are subject to change.
