Cafe Nordo Presents World Premiere of ONERUS

Onerus, written by Terry Podgorski, will make its World Premiere, directed by Erin Brindley, at Cafe Nordo, playing now through November 19, 2017.
The year is 2046. Corporations have overturned the US government and Cascadia is the center of a tech hub where citizens are connected to the internet 24/7 through a Sync-Disc implant. As an unfortunate side-effect, citizens have lost the ability to dream.
Enter Onerus, a company that has developed a machine to harvest organic dreams from members of society deemed "deviant" for their resistance to the Sync-Disc technology and share them with compliant citizens. This fall Nordo's Culinarium transforms into one of Onerus' Dream Viewing Rooms and our audience becomes those citizens.
In this world premiere written by Terry Podgorski and directed by Erin Brindley, guests will experience 100% Organic Dreams through all five senses.
Tickets to Onerus include the performance as well as a 4-course meal of 100% Organic Dreams.
Featuring a cast including José Amador, Madison Jade Jones, Opal Peachey, Richard Nguyen Sloniker, Heather Revfem, Sharon Barto Gouran, Devin Bannon and Evan Mosher with an original score by Annastasia Workman.
We are here from the future to whisper in your ear "Oh-NEAR-us" Onerus.
