The Players Salutes The American Spirit With AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL: A PATRIOTIC CELEBRATION

On Saturday, July 1, 2017, The Players pays tribute to the music and musicians that have characterized the American experience with "America the Beautiful: A Patriotic Celebration." This dynamic and captivating five-piece production will warm your heart, lift your spirit and make you "proud to be an American!" Starring nationally renowned pianist/vocalist and musical director Brian Gurl, vocalists Katherine Alexandra and Michele Pruyn plus The All Star Band, this captivating show celebrates America's independence with an exciting blend of popular songs, lush vocal harmonies and Gurl's awesome, one-of-a-kind musical arrangements.

A clean, uplifting show that is perfect for all ages, "America The Beautiful" features great American classic songs made popular by: Woody Guthrie, Irving Berlin, George M Cohan, Lee Greenwood, Elvis Presley, Elton John, John Philip Sousa and many others. From Michele's soaring vocals and engaging, fun-filled persona to Brian and Katherine's dueling piano renditions - including their smash hit rendition of "Yankee Doodle" - plus a band that will knock your socks off! This "REd White & Blue" tribute promises to make your 4th of July weekend an unforgettable experience!
