Wells Fargo Center for the Arts Welcomes Mario Cantone Tonight
Wells Fargo Center for the Arts presents actor and comedian Mario Cantone in a one-night-only musical cabaret at the Ruth Finley Person Theater (50 Mark West Springs Rd. Santa Rosa, CA) tonight, May 9, 2014.
Best known from his role on the HBO series, "Sex in the City," as Anthony Marantino, Charlotte's flamboyant wedding planner, the actor, singer, writer, comedian and impressionist will delight audiences with his high-energy comedy cabaret. Backed by a quartet, Cantone's spot on celebrity impersonations and hilarious musical impressions provide an unforgettable night of laughter and song. The outrageously joyful stand-up comedian and stage actor has also appeared on the TODAY show, Comedy Central and as a guest host on The View. He garnered critical acclaim for his Tony nominated one-man show Laugh Whore and has appeared on Broadway in the role of "Buzz" in Terrence McNally's award-winning dramatic comedy, Love! Valor! Compassion! and "Stephano" in Shakespeare's The Tempest at the Public Theater.
