WICKED SF Hosts Special Actors Fund Performance 4/26
The San Francisco production of WICKED will perform an additional performance on Sunday, April 26th at 7:30 PM to benefit The Actors Fund. All of the actors' salaries and a portion of ticket sales will be donated to The Actors Fund benefiting people in film, theater, television, music, opera, and dance.
The Actors Fund is a national, nonprofit organization serving all entertainment professionals through comprehensive services and programs. In addition to providing emergenCy Grants for essentials such as food, rent and medical care, The Actors Fund provides counseling, substance abuse and mental health services, senior and disabled care, nursing and retirement homes, an AIDS Initiative, Actors Work Program, the Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative, supportive housing on both coasts and other essential programs.
WICKED is currently playing the Orpheum Theatre for an open-ended engagement.
Founded in 1882, The Actors Fund assists performers as well as those who work behind the scenes. Administered from offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago, The Actors Fund's mission is to advance, foster and benefit the welfare of all professionals in the entertainment community who are in need of help, ensuring that these efforts are accomplished with compassion, confidentiality and preservation of dignity for the individuals concerned.

Tickets for WICKED are on sale for this open-ended engagement and range in price from $30 to $99. Tickets can be purchased online at www.shnsf.com and ticketmaster.com/wicked, through Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone (415) 512-7770 and (800) 982-2787, at all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers and at the Orpheum Theatre Box Office (1192 Market at 8th St., Mon-Sat 10am - 6pm).
