Spreckels Encores NEXT TO NORMAL in Rohnert Park, Now thru 1/18

Spreckels Theatre Company and Theatre at Large present a special encore main stage presentation of the critically acclaimed Marin County 2014 musical production of "Next to Normal."

"Next To Normal" features music by Tom Kitt and book & lyrics by Brian Yorkey.

Hailed by critics, audiences and nominated for nine Theatre Bay Area Awards - the 2014 Theatre at Large Marin County production of the rock musical "Next to Normal" has a special encore presentation of six performances on the main stage at Spreckels in Rohnert Park, featuring the original Theatre at Large cast.

A veritable roller-coaster of a show, this Tony Award, Pulitzer Prize-winning musical follows the story of a woman whose bi-polar disorder has dramatic effects on her family.With soaring melodies and an emotionally charged score, "Next to Normal" features the full power of musical theater to tell a relevant, transcendent story that leaves audiences riveted, breathless and profoundly moved. Parental guidance suggested for language and adult themes.

Directed by Kim Bromley with music Direction by Lucas Sherman. Choreography by Alison Peltz. Set Design by David Shirk.

TICKETS: $22 to $26 - $26 General; $24 Senior/Youth; $22 Students; $16 Children 12 and under; $12 Student Rush. Student Rush: Spreckels welcomes SSU and SRJC students to take advantage of its student rush price. Present student ID at the Spreckels box office 10 minutes before curtain for special admission price of $12.
