Rehearsals Underway for North Bay Stage Company's Production of Arthur Miller's "A View from the Bridge" at Luther Burbank Center. Directed by Carl Hamilton, "A View From the Bridge" opening is set for March 17, 2017. Performances continue through April 2.

The cast at time of this notice includes, in alphabetical order, Emily Ahrens

Nick Augusta, Jeremy Boucher, Morgan Hamilton-Lee, Lee Stoneman, Angela Squire, and Jon Vissman, with support staff; Jamie Smith, and Darius Hamilton. The production stage manager is Rebecca West

In the Tony Award-winning production of "A View From the Bridge" (2016 Best Revival and Best Direction), a Brooklyn longshoreman by trade, Eddie Carbone is confident of his place in the working-class neighborhood he calls home. That life changes when he agrees to harbor his immigrant cousins. A love affair exposes a dark family secret, and suspicion, jealousy and betrayal soon follow in this passionate drama by one of America's greatest playwrights.

The one-act, verse version of A View from the Bridge opened on Broadway on September 29, 1955, at the Coronet Theatre (now the Eugene O'Neill Theatre). It ran for 149 performances. Most recently, a production of Miller's classic was presented in 2014 then transferred to the West End in 2015 and was awarded three Olivier Awards (Best Actor, Best Revival and Best Director). The production then opened on Broadway in November 2015 for a limited run.

The show is scheduled for 9 performances runs Mar 17, 18, 19* 24, 25, 26*, 31, Apr 1, 2* Shows at 8pm or * Signifies Sunday matinee at 2pm. Doors open half hour before the show at Luther Burbank Center for the Arts - East Auditorium. North Bay Stage Company, is a resident theatre company of Luther Burbank Center for the Arts located at 50 Mark West Springs Road, Santa Rosa, CA. All proceeds benefit NBSC, a non-profit organization and their productions efforts.
