That's What She Said is a two-woman original music and comedy show that aims to make the world smile – one dyke at a time. Amy Turner, vocalist, and Kathryn Lounsbery, pianist and vocalist, write original songs which celebrate the quirks and stereotypes in lesbian culture. Their musical collaboration has churned out songs in just about every style of music: jazz, rap, folk, disco, fun, light opera, and even pornography underscore. They conquer subjects ranging from over-processed emotions, U-Hauls, fanny packs, and the ultimate creature of the earth: the beaver.Since premiering their show in November of 2007, Amy and Kathryn have played to sold-out audiences across Southern California. They both live in West Hollywood and in their free-time they enjoy poetry slams, drooling over granola bulk bins, and de-linting their flannel shirt collections.
