Magic Theatre Closes Extended Run of ANY GIVEN DAY Tonight, 4/29

Magic Theatre closes the extended run of Linda McLean's Any Given Day tonight, April 29. Performances are at 2:30 and 7 p.m.

"It has been a pleasure watching this creative team build a production worthy of Linda's remarkable play," said Magic Theatre's Producing Artistic Director Loretta Greco. "To have both audiences AND critics recognize the quiet power of Any Given Day is doubly gratifying–and makes a terrific case for Linda McLean's plays to be produced throughout the U.S. I'm thrilled that this extension week will give more of the Bay Area's adventuresome theatregoers the opportunity to experience Any Given Day for themselves!"

Any Given Day is making its American debut under the direction of Bay Area director Jon Tracy. A portrait of modern, urban life and the fleeting nature of love and happiness, Any Given Day is comprised of two connected stories that take place at 2pm in opposite ends of Glasgow that explore how, in a moment, everything can change.

The cast of Any Given Day is James Carpenter, Amy Kossow, Daniel Petzold, and Stacy Ross as well as veteran actor Christopher McHale.

Magic Theatre is located in San Francisco at Fort Mason Center in Building D on the 3rd floor (entrance to the parking lot is at Marina and Buchanan Streets). Tickets prices range from $22 to $62.
