Today, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts (LBC) announced Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox will return to Santa Rosa-back by popular demand-to perform their pop hits with a vintage twist Friday, June 22, 2018 at 8 p.m. Tickets for Postmodern Jukebox range in price from $39-$75 and will be available on Friday, March 30 at 12 p.m. online at lutherburbankcenter.org, by calling 707-546-3600 or at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts ticket office (50 Mark West Springs Road in Santa Rosa).

Postmodern Jukebox (PMJ) became a YouTube sensation with arranger and producer Scott Bradlee's trademark reimaginations of contemporary pop, rock and R&B hits in the style of various yesteryears, from swing to doo-wop and ragtime to Motown. The rotating collective of musicians and vocalists has transformed hits by Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, the White Stripes, Lorde, Outkast, Maroon 5 and more.

Since Bradlee created the project in 2009, PMJ has amassed more than 925 million YouTube views and 3.2 million subscribers, performed on "Good Morning America," topped iTunes and Billboard charts, caught the attention of NPR Music and NBC News, and played hundreds of shows to sold-out houses around the world, from intimate standing-room gigs to large-scale, theatrical extravaganzas.

No performance is ever the same, with new songs, new sounds, and new members added to the ever-growing family each time around. Despite finding such success for the project on the road, the seemingly exhausting pace hasn't stopped Bradlee from arranging and recording new arrangements every week for PMJ's legion of fans.

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts is home to world-class performances, nationally recognized education programs, contemporary visual art, and many popular events. The Arts Center is located in the heart of the Sonoma wine country and ranked among California's top performing arts presenters. Together with its resident companies, the Center presents more than 230 performances in music, dance, theater, renowned speakers, and comedy; provides education programs serving 40,000 children and adults; and hosts more than 1,000 community events a year. Owned and operated by the Luther Burbank Memorial Foundation, the Center relies on charitable community donations to achieve its mission - to enrich, educate, and entertain.
