Chor Boogie, internationally acclaimed aerosol artist, was honored recently with a rare chance opportunity to be a part of art history in the making.

While participating at the Stroke Art Fair in Berlin, Germany, Jason Hailey a.k.a Chor Boogie was selected from hundreds of exhibiting artists for the once in a lifetime opportunity to lend his creative vision to create a personalized mural on a section of the Berlin Wall. This year's monumental event, commemorating the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall, carries a significant impact on the world's view of the power of transformation through art.

Chor Boogie's vibrant mural shines as a beacon of hope for unification, reuniting the world's viewers through his creative vision for freedom of expression. While Chor Boogie's work has graced walls around the world, as far reaching as China and Dubai, the Berlin wall mural may be his most important gift of illumination to date.

In Chor Boogie's world renown signature style, begins the re imagining of a world undivided by walls, channelled straight from his heart and minds eye. His inimitable talents differ from most artists, as Chor creates his murals without the use of any special tools or templates. After tirelessly dedicating hours of spraying intricate patterns and details, the wall was transformed from bland and unyielding concrete, to a striking portrait of humanity in all its many shades. Chor Boogie has gone well beyond elevating the art of spray paint in the fine art world, to showcasing the endless possibilities of using the imagination to work for the greater good of mankind. This achievement would be considered the pinnacle of most artists career's, but for him it was just "an honor to bring American Art History to a piece of German history."

Spray paint as a medium is being defined in all new, explosively brilliant terms by Chor Boogie and his innovative use of the colors of the universe. His free flowing style creates graphically delightful scenes with bursts of color dynamically blended together in geometric patterns, often over soulful faces. His pioneering technique of inverting the spray cans while working, allows for a greater amount of control and more defined lines. Chor has redefined what was once thought to be possible, through the use of spray cans as his chosen medium.

Following hot on the heals of the Stroke Art Fair is Chor Boogie Expressions announcement that this December marks the official release of Chor Boogie's Limited Edition Fine Art Giclee prints and Color Therapy Fine Art Originals.

Like all his work, the Giclee prints and Color Therapy Originals are composed of a "therapeutic flow of colors, shapes, and movements" that bring a sense of healing and awareness of the beauty of the urban world. The details that go into each piece of art invoke a wide arrange of emotions in the viewer.

Chor Boogie was inspired to create at an early age, has since been focused on his career and his ability to share his innate talent by bringing the spray paint culture to a receptive market. It's not entirely about profit for Chor, in an effort to give back to the community he has supported numerous free art events such as the Where Art Lives program in San Francisco.
