B Street Summer Acting Camps Return, Register By 4/15

Once again the B Street Theatre will offer a series of acting workshops for kids of all ages and skill levels this summer. Students will learn in a fun, exciting, and creative environment from professional instructors who are active in the fields of theatre, improvisation, and acting instruction. Register by April 15th and receive a 10% discount.

Camp sessions last one or two weeks and are lead by B Street regular Kurt Johnson. Young performers learn about the fundamental tools needed to work on and develop their physical, vocal, and emotional range. Concepts are presented through a series acting exercises, theatre games, improvisation, rehearsal process, and performance. And we never lose sight of the fact that acting is best taught through fun and play!

Every camp concludes with a final showcase production where the young actors can show off everything they have learned.

Junior Acting Camp(6-8)

Sesseion 1:  June 29th - July 6th
Monday - Friday 9am-1pm with 3pm-8pm on final Monday(July 6th)

Sesseion 2:  July 20th - July 27th
Monday - Friday 9am-1pm with 3pm-8pm on final Monday (July 27th )

WHO: Ages 6-8.
TUITION: $250.00 (Due at time of registration)
Kids Acting Camp(9-13)

Session 1:  June 15th - June 29th
Monday - Friday 9am-1pm with 3pm-8pm on final Monday (June 29th )

Session 2:  July 6th - July 20th
Monday - Friday 9am-1pm with 3pm-8pm on final Monday (July 20th )

TUITION: $400.00 (Due at time of registration)
Teen Acting Camp(14-17)

July 27th - August 10th
Monday - Friday 10am-2pm with 3pm-8pm on final Monday (August 10th)

WHO: Ages 14-17.
TUITION: $400.00 (Due at time of registration)
