The Marsh San Francisco announces Ann Randolph's wickedly funny talk, performance, and creative workshop INAPPROPRIATE IN ALL THE RIGHT WAYS will extend through December 13 and add Saturday performances.

INAPPROPRIATE IN ALL THE RIGHT WAYS chronicles Randolph's wild ride from Loveland, Ohio to a mental institution in Appalachia, to living on a boat off the coast of Alaska pretending to clean the Exxon Oil spill with some good old boys from Louisiana, to a homeless shelter in Santa Monica, to hooking up with Mel Brooks and Anne Bancroft for an Off Broadway run, to finding a San Francisco home at The Marsh for her solo comedy show, Squeeze Box. Randolph explains, "Inappropriate is like a TED Talk in which the audience gets to participate in the second half."

Originally scheduled to run through November 1, INAPPROPRIATE IN ALL THE RIGHT WAYS will now be presented Saturdays at 5pm and Sundays at 2pm through December 13 at The Marsh San Francisco, 1062 Valencia Street. For tickets ($25-$35 sliding scale; $55-$100 reserved seating), the public may visit www.themarsh.org or call 415-282-3055 between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Irreverent, inspiring, inclusive, and entertaining, audiences tag along on Randolph's journey as she holds on to her vision, seizes synchronistic opportunities, engages willing partners, and does not falter - even in the face of failure and disillusionment.

Ann Randolph is an Ovation Award-winning playwright and performer and was named SF Examiner's "Best Solo Performer in San Francisco in 2010." Her multi-character solo show Squeeze Box was originally produced by Mel Brooks and the late Anne Bancroft and went on to become a critically acclaimed Off-Broadway hit. Randolph has also contributed personal essays to NPR, Weekend America, and the BBC, and has made numerous TV and film appearances. In addition to performing, she is a leading faculty member at Esalen, Kripalu, and mind/body spirit centers across the US, and is passionately committed to helping others tell their story.
