Sunshine Brooks Theatre will host an evening of original songs from San Diego county artists at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Sunshine Brooks Theatre, 217 North Coast Hwy, Oceanside. This show is part of Sunshine Brooks Original Music Series, Oceanside's concert that takes place on 4th Wednesdays of every month. The popular series features original works from local performers and bands, who are on their way to recording labels, or already have cd's and seek self-expression on the local music scene.

Jeff Diamond, Adrian Young, Jared, and experimental funk rock music from Avradelix. are featured this month.

(Avradelix is a newly formed band comprised of young musicians from Vista that started jamming together earlier in 2011. Getting lost in the never before played melodies that each individual created, soon started to fuse together perfectly in musical harmony. The positive perceptions of each musician played together perfectly when it came to instrumental funky jams, as well as a soulful vocal addition. The bandmates Karina, Joanna, Isai, Josh, and Branden look forward to blowing the audience?s mind by manipulating the sounds that life provides. According to the band itself, ?Avradelix is the manifestation of an aura. When we play our music our aura explodes with ease sending off waves of true consciousness flowing from our fingertips to the tips of our tongues, grasping awareness of all that is surrounding and freeing it to the limitless boundaries of the universe.?)

Tickets are $5.00 at the door. Free to the military families. Please call 760-529-9140 or visit web site at www.sunshinebrookstheatre.org for more information. Make sure to RSVP to this event. The theater is also looking for acoustic group and soloist performers for our original music series as well as mic nights that takes place at 6:30 p.m. Thursdays of every month at the newly opened Twilight Stage right next door to the main theater, 219 North Coast Hwy.
