The Music Lodge Celebrates 10th Year as AP Festival Headquarters.

The Music Lodge welcomes back The Associated Press as the essential global news networks makes the venue its Sundance Film Festival headquarters for the 10th consecutive year. With its location at the epicenter of the Festival on Lower Main St, the Music Lodge will house AP's TV and photo operations.

Since 2004, the Music Lodge has been hosting Music & Media on Main St during the Sundance Film Festival. Over the past thirteen years, the Music Lodge has averaged a billion media impressions annually and receives 90% of the celebrity guests attending the Festival in their hospitality event. Guests enjoy select brand gifting and experiences, while AP and other press and social media outlets conduct interviews on site.

During its four day event, the Music Lodge will be offering its celebrities, cast members and filmmakers chauffeured rides for their interviews to and from the Lodge's Main St location. The service is available from 8 am - 7 pm. Talents' schedules are currently being booked.*

On Sunday, January 22nd, The Creative Coalition, a celebrity-based 501c3 nonprofit charity, will be launching a twitter fundraising campaign. The nonprofit's President, actor Tim Daly, will host the 4-6 pm reception featuring a performance by a duo known as Alexander Jean - Jersey Boys Broadway star and Dancing With the Stars icon, Mark Ballas and his new bride, BC Jean as Both will be wearing "Members Only" jackets as part of the campaign.

The fundraiser will be launched with an initial $5,000 donation to The Creative Coalition from Tito's Handmade Vodka. With the Fundraiser Twitter Launch, followers can then view the performance video link. Embedded technology enables them to click on the jackets Mark Ballas & BC Jean are wearing to see product information - and instantaneously "click & buy" similar jackets. Ten percent of each sale is then donated to The Creative Coalition charity. The Creative Coalition is a nonprofit advocacy organization that promotes funding of the arts in our public schools.
