Regional Premiere of TUCK EVERLASTING Among Hale Centre's 2018 Season

Hale Centre Theatre, Utah's professional family theater, officially unveiled its 2018 entertainment season that will mark the first full year in the new 130,000 square-foot Mountain America Performing Arts Centre in Sandy City. The 2018 season, sponsored by Mountain America, will feature eight productions on the season ticket and two special engagement productions. They will run non-stop on the theater's proscenium thrust, Jewel Box Stage, and the larger, one-of-a-kind Centre Stage, built by international stage design company Tait Stage Technology.

"It's thrilling to think that we will very soon be doing our full 2018 season in the new Mountain America Performing Arts Centre in Sandy," added Dietlein. "We want everyone to know that construction for the new theater is on time and on track. We will open in Sandy with our first show, Forever Plaid, on September 1, 2017; then go big on November 17, with a production of Aida; and in Jan. 2018, kick off our full 2018 season with Cash on Delivery! in the new venue."

Hale Centre Theatre produced its first show in 1985 in South Salt Lake and then moved to West Valley City in 1998. Now with more than 24,000 annual ticket holders, The Hale is soon opening in the new Mountain America Performing Arts Centre, which will have more (roomier) seats, free covered-parking, and two unique, technologically-advanced stages.
