Park City Institute Names the Ann Bronfman Balcony at the Eccles Center

Park City Institute announces the naming of the Ann L. Bronfman Balcony at the George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Center. The culmination of the donation is just in time for the Institute's gala celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Center for Performing Arts, Saturday, January 13 at 7:30 PM.

"This gift is an honor to our organization, and our community," said Teri Orr, executive director of Park City Institute. "The Bronfman family have been attendees of performances at the Eccles Center, since we opened. They have a tradition of supporting non-profits in Park City, and we are grateful for this relationship."

Adam and Cindy Bronfman, long-time residents of Park City, named the balcony for Adam's mother, who passed away in 2011. Ann Bronfman had devoted her life to philanthropic causes.

"We are very happy to support the Institute," said Cindy Bronfman. "Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Eccles Center is very meaningful to our family."

The Institute marks this momentous donation as one of the many ways the community has embraced the Eccles Center and helped it to thrive over 20 years. Added Orr, "We look forward to continuing our tradition of offering programming and experiences that inspire our community."

The celebration on January 13th will reflect that, with special guests, unique surprises, featuring music from singer Perla Batalla, and a headline performance by Pink Martini. The orchestra, featuring lead singer Storm Large, will perform a set from their impressive repertoire, that includes classical, jazz, and old-fashioned pop-with a twist.

Tickets to the 20th Anniversary Celebration with Pink Martini are available at parkcityinstitute.org, or by calling the box office at 435-655-3114. Individual tickets for this performance are, Sapphire: $50, Ruby: $100, Amethyst: $200. Amethyst tickets include an invitation to the after-show party.

Call the Box Office at 435-655-3114 for more information. The Box Office is located within the Eccles Center (1750 Kearns Boulevard, Park City). Box office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from noon through show time, on the day of a performance.
