Latino Community Center and Utah Cultural Celebration Center host International Christmas Celebration 2010
When: Friday, December 10 from 5 pm. to 9 pm.
Where: Utah Cultural Center, 1355 West 3100 South, West Valley City
Speakers to welcome the audience and the performers include: FBI, Special Agent in Charge, Jim McTigh, Salt Lake County Mayor, Utah Department of Public Safety, Mr. Dave Beach and representatives from Utah County Mayor's Office and The City of West Valley.
Why: To provide toys to 600 needy kid
To create a better relationship between law enforcement agencies and the minority community
To provide the opportunity to more than 200 International Performers to demonstrate their
cultures and perform in a professional event.
At the beginning of the program Santa Clause who is a Utah Highway Patrol Trooper arrive in his police motorcycle.
The International Christmas Celebration is an eighteen year tradition.
In the last few year the program was stage at the E-Center. This year the Latino Community Center did partner with the Utah Cultural Celebration Center to stage the event at their Cultural Center.
