When matchmaker Dolly Levi is hired to find a bride for cantankerous businessman and widower Horace Vandergelder, she sets her sights on the perfect woman, but she may give Horace more than he bargained for. As American as apple pie on the 4th of July, this show boasts one of the sunniest and most memorable scores ever written for the stage.

With lyrics and music by Jerry Herman and a book by Michael Stewart, based on Thornton Wilder's farce, The Matchmaker, "Hello Dolly" was first produced on Broadway in 1964, winning a record-tying (tied with South Pacific) 10 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, a record held for 37 years.

Tickets range in price from $22 - $24 each ($6 less for children). To order tickets visit the Hale Center Theater Orem Box Office, call 801-226-8600 or visit haletheater.org.

"Hello Dolly" will run nightly (except Sunday) from Oct 5 to Nov 18, 2017. Performances are at 7:30 PM with 3:00 PM weekly Saturday matinees. 11:00 AM Saturday matinees begin on Oct 14th with additional 4:00PM performances scheduled for Nov. 3, 6, 10, 13, and 17.
