Craft Lake City Presents: Craft Cocktail Workshop with Vida Tequila at Finca Restaurant

Craft Lake City and Finca present the return of Craft Lake City's Craft Cocktail Workshop series. Join us and Vida Tequila at Finca on Wednesday, Feb. 22, from 6 to 8 p.m. for an evening of spirited tastings and cocktail education.

Craft Lake City's craft cocktail workshops highlight local liquor companies in Utah and offer the opportunity to learn from artisanal spirit enthusiasts. The Feb. 22cocktail workshop will feature a tequila education and tasting by Vida Tequila Spirit Expert Amy Brownstein. Workshop participants will learn how Vida Tequila processes the humble agave plant into a complex and full-bodied tequila. Finca will provide "pintxos" (small bites), and Bar Manager Natalie Hamilton will give a hands-on cocktail recipe demonstration.

"We had so much fun teaching this workshop in 2016," says Brownstein. "We love working with Natalie and Finca and can't wait to have people try our tequila at this year's first craft cocktail workshop!"

Workshop Attendance Policy: Participants are required to arrive and check-in with the Craft Lake City Workshop Coordinator five minutes before the workshop begins or their spot will be given to a participant on the waitlist. If you wish to be added to the waitlist, please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop begins and check in with our Workshop Coordinator. You will be added to the waitlist to take the place of an absent participant's spot. First-come, first-served, waitlisters are not guaranteed admittance.
