Celebrating The Diversity Of Women Named The Theme For The 2009 American Association Of University Women Artists Exhbition, Opening Ceremony To Be Held 8/13

“Celebrating the Diversity of Women” is Theme for this Year’s 2009 American Association of University Women Artists Exhibition. The opening reception for the exhibition is set to take place on Thursday August 13, 2009 from 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.. The exhibit will be held at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center (1355 West 3100 South) and will be open the following hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and by special arrangement.
The American Association of University Women is a national network of over 160,000 university graduates of all ages, occupations and academic backgrounds. It is the oldest and largest organization working for the advancement of women and girls, having its beginnings in 1881. All members are joined to promote equity for women and girls through action, research and lifelong learning for advancement in employment, the family and positive societal change.
