Local Favorite Bonnie Harris Sings Christmas Classics at a Winter Concert on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 7 p.m. at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center.

1355 West 3100 South

WHO: Everyone is invited to this free Winter Christmas Concert free of charge

WHY: Local singer and numerous award winner Bonnie Harris performs Christmas classics on Monday, December 19 at 7 p.m. This annual, free concert is a staple in the community, now celebrating its 15th year in West Valley City. Take a break from the Christmas rush and relax with Bonnie’s soothing alto voice. This family friendly concert is the perfect way to remember the good times of Christmases past.

This year Bonnie is celebrating her 2011 CD release featuring 1940’s Big Band Jazz. The CD will be available for purchase at the concert.

While you’re there, stop by the Trees of Diversity exhibition, featuring trees decorated by Utah’s ethnic minority arts communities. The exhibit also includes Nativities from around the world, along with art pieces, nutcrackers, gingerbread houses, special holiday “store window” scenes, and wreaths.
