California Stage Presents MY FIRST TIME, 4/2-4/25
MY FIRST TIME is a comedy in the style of The Vagina Monologues, This hilarious piece of theater was recently featured on CNN, Fox, MSNBC, and in an iPhone commercial, is the longest running play to open Off-Broadway in years.
Play Director, Michele Koehler says, "California Stage is staging its own sexual revolution" proving that first sexual experiences are one of the few things that almost every single person on this planet has in common, whether you're Paris Hilton or P. Diddy, George Clooney or George Washington, yet we rarely talk about them....until now!"
California Stage Producer Ray Tatar says that "In 1998, a decade before blogging began; a website was created that allowed people to anonymously share their own true stories about their First Times. The website became an instant phenomenon as over 40,000 stories poured in from around the globe that were silly, sweet, absurd, funny, heterosexual, homosexual, shy, sexy and everything in between."
In the California Stage production these true stories and with its'unique characters are brought to life by five amazing actors in the acclaimed 90 minute play, MY FIRST TIME, was created by Ken Davenport, producer of Altar Boyz and creator of The Awesome 80s Prom.

"My First Time" plays between April 2 and April 25, 2010 in the Wilkerson Theater, 1725 25th Street, in Midtown Sacramento. Show times are Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 2 PM.
