Brad Little, famous for his lead role in the Broadway tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber's "The Phantom of the Opera," will star in a benefit concert for California Musical Theatre alongside his wife Barbara McCulloh, on May 9, 2010 at the intimate Cosmopolitan Cabaret. Little, who is currently starring in "Jekyll & Hyde" in Korea, is also familiar to Sacramento audiences for his roles as Javert in "Les Misérables" and the title role in "The Scarlet Pimpernel" at Music Circus. McCulloh appeared on Broadway opposite Cathy Rigby in "Peter Pan" and as Mrs. Anna in "The King and I," a role she also played at Music Circus.

Little and McCulloh will perform hits from "The Phantom of the Opera," "Les Misérables," "Jekyll & Hyde," "Beauty and the Beast," "The Scarlet Pimpernel" as well as classics from the musical theatre catalogue. The evening will include hosted coffee and dessert after the performance and an opportunity to meet the stars. "Brad Little in Concert" will start at 7:30 p.m. at the 200-seat Cosmopolitan Cabaret at 1000 K Street (between 10th and 11th).

A 501c(3) nonprofit arts organization, California Musical Theatre, produces Sacramento Music Circus, the largest and longest operating musical theatre-in-the-round in the country, as well Broadway Sacramento at the Community Center Theater and the new Cosmopolitan Cabaret. California Musical Theatre offers education programs through accredited internships, programs for underserved audiences, arts training for classroom teachers and hands-on theatrical experiences for children. Proceeds from "Brad Little in Concert" will go toward California Musical Theatre's artistic and educational efforts.
