AFTER HOURS to Play The Geery Theatre, 11/22-12/15
After Hours is an original work by local playwright E.M. Hodge. It will be presented by EMH Productions at The Geery Theatre, 2130 L St. from Friday, November 22nd through Sunday, December 15th, 2013.
Welcome to the tavern After Hours: A place to find a little comfort, a little solace, a little peace. Strangers brought together by relatives with cancer spend a momentous evening together where one will loose a loved one, one celebrates the loss of a loved one, one gets to take a loved one home, and one leads them all through their grief or happiness, but she's the one who needs their love and guidance the most.
This play is a real life drama, acceptable for most ages (children not encouraged). Those who have had dealt with cancer or suicide will appreciate it most. The cast includes Atim Udoffia, Graham Drake-Maurer, Deborah Shalhoub, Chas Weis, Denise Mayberry and Ethan Ireland.
After Hours will perform at 8pm on Friday Nov. 22nd & Saturday Nov. 23rd; 2pm on Sunday Nov. 24th; 8pm on Friday Nov. 29th 7 Saturday Nov. 30th; 8pm on Friday Dec. 5th & Saturday Dec. 7th; 2pm on Sunday Dec. 8th; 7:30pm on Monday Dec. 9th; 8pm Friday Dec. 13th & Saturday Dec. 14th; 2pm on Sunday Dec. 15th, 2013 at The Geery Theatre (2130 L St., Midtown Sacramento).
