Epic Theatre presents DOROTHY, ROSE, SOPHIA AND BLANCHE

Epic Theatre Company is proud to present the World Premiere of a biting satire about reboots, remakes, spin-offs, and storytelling--"Dorothy, Rose, Sophia and Blanche." This is the second show in Epic's Summer of Satire presented at the Academy Players space in Providence.

In the play, four fictional women find themselves in a reboot of a popular 80's sitcom only to have it begin to unfold in front of their very eyes.

"Every summer we offer new work that seeks to challenge our audiences while at the same time giving them the blockbuster entertainment they're looking for in the warmer months" says Kevin Broccoli, Epic Artistic Director, "Dorothy, Rose, Sophia and Blanche is exactly what you think it is and nothing like that at all. I'd tell you more, but that would spoil all its surprises."

Kate Lester directs a cast that includes Mary V. Case, Mary Paolino, Megan Ruggiero, Michael Shallcross, and Michelle L. Walker.

Performance dates are July 14th, 15th, August 4th, 5th, 25th, and 26th. All performances are at 8pm. Tickets are $20 General Admission, and $15 for Seniors. All tickets must be purchased online.
