Gulf Coast Theatre Review: '& Juliet'
The production is visually stunning, with dazzling lights, a polished set, colorful costumes, and choreography that keeps the momentum high from start to finish, with Juliet even swinging from the chandelier. Special mention also goes to Juliet's loyal non-binary best friend, May, whose journey of self-discovery adds warmth and depth to the story, highlighted by the moving performance of "I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman."
Dave's 2's Review of: 'Funny Girl' at Barbara B. Mann
"Funny Girl" is good old-fashioned theater the way Broadway was meant to be, and actress Hannah Shankman, who plays Miss Fanny Brice, has a voice that stuns audiences with depth and consistency, and it would surely make the movie great Barbra Streisand, who played the movie role, proud.
Dave's 2's Review of: 'Mrs. Doubtfire: The New Musical Comedy'
Actor Rob McClure is beyond phenomenal as the loveable dancing nanny Mrs. Doubtfire. McClure plays the role of Daniel Hillard, an out-of-work voice actor whose carefree attitude costs him his marriage and children until he gets a hair-brained idea to become a Scottish nanny to get closer to his kids.
