Theater Review: ‘The Outsiders’ musical stays gold, but the cast comes up short
From: Daily Bruin | Date: 10/7/2026
As far as adaptations go, the musical is one of the best. The largely static set was used in an innovative way. The music gave even greater insight into the characters. The choreography – particularly the fight scenes – was nothing short of astounding, all of which served to make the already wonderful story better.
