Orchestrated by Chris Gunning and produced by George Martin. Full gloss six-panel digipak sleeve, with a 16-page booklet featuring Steele's original paintings (one to illustrate each musical chapter, published with the original LP), and song lyrics. Limited edition of 200 copies only; Stage Door exclusive.
