William Peace University Singers to Present 3rd Annual Spring Concert, 3/27
William Peace University, a private four-year university located in downtown Raleigh, has announced that its glee club, the William Peace University Singers, will perform its 3rd annual spring concert on Thursday, March 27, 2014 in Kenan Auditorium, located at 15 East Peace St. The event will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.
Formed in the fall of 2011, the Singers have performed throughout the Triangle and beyond, mesmerizing audiences for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, the Durham Bulls, the Raleigh Christmas Parade, and the North Carolina Governor's Inaugural Ball, among others. They have also traveled throughout North Carolina and Virginia to perform at regional churches and organizations.
"Getting the chance to perform at home once again for our students and the community is a real treat," said Julie Ricciardi, Vice President for Engagement at William Peace University. "Our club is constantly performing in the community and outside of the campus. We hope that people from not only across downtown, but across the Triangle, will come hear our wonderful students perform. Each student is getting the opportunity to grow and that is also a special experience to be a part of."
