Raleigh Little Theatre Presents JUNIE B. JONES, THE MUSICAL Raleigh Little Theatre presents "Junie B. Jones, The Musical ".

It's Junie B.'s first day of first grade, and things have changed: Junie's friend, Lucille, doesn't want to be her BFF anymore. Also, Junie has trouble reading the blackboard and she might need glasses. This is a delightful adaptation of Barbara Park's best-selling books. They are brought to life in a genuinely comical musical

"My cast is amazing! They are truly perfect for the characters they portray. The songs are so catchy, that the audience will leave singing...like I do every night after rehearsal. I want to tell the story that Junie B. is not a misbehaved child, but merely one trying to deal with the things life throws at her!" says Kathleen Rudolph, the director of the play.

Enjoy fresh milk and cookies after the Thursday, February 21st show provided by Insomnia Cookies. On Saturday, March 2 at 1 pm, RLT will present a sensory-friendly performance of "Junie B." A sensory-friendly performance is modified for families and friends with children or adults who have difficulty with sensitivity. Sensory-friendly seating is general admission allowing individuals extra space if needed.

The production runs from February 15th through February 28th at the Raleigh Little Theatre, 301 Pogue Street, Raleigh. Tickets can be purchased by calling the box office at 919-821-3111, Monday through Friday, noon to 5 p.m., or by visiting the theatre's website at www.raleighlittletheatre.org.
