IMPROV PERCOLATOR Returns to the ArtsCenter
Something's brewing...The Improv Percolator is back! Our showcase for local improv students and teams has a new night and new home. Join us Friday, June 9th at The ArtsCenter in Carrboro for an evening with the students of Wild Mind Improv, Fantastic Beast, and special guest headliner FatMouth.
Anoo Brod's students of Wild Mind Improv serve up high energy comedy games and scenes. Fantastic Beast is comprised of Vinny Valdivia and PT Scarboro: Fantastic Beast was born out of necessity. The necessity to create and explore. Anything is possible when there are no rules. FatMouth is comprised of Mary Capucilli, Cholena Erickson, Alan Goldstein, Drew Gulino, and Deborah Kinder. As Fatmouth Improv 's own Mary Capucilli puts it, "FatMouth it was like being in kindergarten with grown-ups, and always its play time." Long-time improvisers, Fatmouth improv will entertain you with long-form improv!
Our guest host Daniel Spencer is a native of Raleigh, NC and was raised by improv comedians. Dan is a seasoned performing veteran with over 10 years experience making funnies. Currently he is working on developing his youtube channel, podcast projects, and teams in the works.
