Broadway casts have been celebrating Friday's Supreme Court decision to legalize gay marriage in their own ways for the past day, and the FUN HOME cast's spin came in the form of a speech. The company commemorated the event with a special message from Beth Malone following Friday night's performance. Check it out below!

"Thank you for being a beacon to all those who come after us. We owe this night to the people who came before us," said the Tony-nominated star.

With music by Tony Award-winner Jeanine Tesori, a book and lyrics by Tony Award-winner Lisa Kronand direction by Tony Award-winner Sam Gold, Fun Home opened to rave reviews at the Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th Street) on Sunday, April 19, 2015, and recently won five 2015 Tony Awards.

Featuring a cast led by 2015 Tony Award-winner Michael Cerveris, as well as 2015 Tony Award nominees Judy Kuhn, Beth Malone, Sydney Lucas and Emily Skeggs, Fun Home also featuresRoberta Colindrez, Zell Steele Morrow, Joel Perez, Oscar Williams, Lauren Patten, Gabriella Pizzolo,Marrick Smith, Jim Stanek, and Nicole Van Giesen.

Fun Home introduces us to Alison at three different ages, revealing memories of her uniquely dysfunctional family - her mother, brothers and volatile, brilliant, enigmatic father - that connect with her in surprising new ways. This intimate and emotional theatrical experience is performed entirely in the round, bringing audiences closer to Alison's story than ever before. A finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, Fun Home is a refreshingly honest, wholly original musical about seeing your parents through grown-up eyes.

Fun Home was also nominated for 2015 Tony Awards for Best Scenic Design of Musical (David Zinn), Best Lighting Design of a Musical (Ben Stanton) and Best Orchestrations (John Clancy). The creative team also includes Danny Mefford (Choreography), Kai Harada (Sound Design), and Chris Fenwick (Music Direction).

The coast-to-coast North American Tour of Fun Home will begin in the 2016 - 2017 Season. For the fourth time, Tony Award nominated director Sam Gold will completely restage this production for proscenium theaters, as was done in its sold-out run at the Public Theater's Newman and Shiva Theaters.

Ticket prices for Fun Home range from $75 - $150 and are available for purchase via Telecharge.com, by calling 212-239-6200, or in person at the Circle in the Square Theatre box office. Fun Home plays the following schedule until April 27th: Tuesday - Saturday at 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Saturday at 2:00 PM, and Sunday at 3:00 PM. After April 27th, the schedule is as follows: Tuesday at 7:00 PM, Wednesday - Saturday at 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Saturday at 2:00 PM, and Sunday at 3:00 PM.
