An Scéal returns for its second annual program, centering Samhain and Día de Muertos in dialogue with one another. The evening blends Irish and Latin American traditions through music, storytelling, and theatre, co-hosted by Joellen Sweeney, who crafts the connective threads through original text and transitions. The program unfolds as a sequence of short works, personal stories, and traditional forms, moving between Irish and Latine artists including musicians, storytellers, actors, and cultural practitioners.
