Pittsburgh Playhouse Presents THE UMBRELLA MAN, 9/9
Pittsburgh Playhouse will present THE UMBRELLA MAN, a staged screenplay, opening September 10. Performances will run through September 26.
Whether on a beautifully sunny day for a Presidential parade in Dallas or a little side street in a Pittsburgh neighborhood, one single flash of a moment can turn the world upside down. Reliving that split second over and over again, searching for meaning, Lyle and Deborah Asay undertake a tumultuous journey. Struggling through loss, each grasps for ways to cope, leading to unusual encounters with conspiracy theorists, psychotherapy and even a former beau. A love story, The Umbrella Man uncovers the true power of an enduring relationship.
