The Music of the Night: Selections from The Secret Garden and The Phantom of the OperaDebut streaming: Sunday, November 22 at 3:30 PM MSTEncore streaming: Thursday, November 26 at 7 PM MSTLinks go live 30 minutes before the stream begins.Solos and duets from the hit musicals, The Secret Garden and The Phantom of the Opera - performed by the stars of the acclaimed Fall 2019 YC production of The Phantom of the Opera.Kaela McMahon (soprano) is a YC Costume Shop assistant, where she has been honing her skills for the past year-and-a-half. She has studied at university for voice and musical theatre, and portrayed Christine Daa on the YCPAC stage last November. Kaela is happy to be a part of the music theatre department at YC and considers everyone there family. Andr Sylvester (baritone) works as an assistant in YC's Performing Arts Department and is on the set construction crew for the college's musical productions. He is currently studying for his Associate's Degree at YC. YCPAC audiences will remember Andr from his stirring performance of the title role of the Phantom.Yavapai Live! is part of Yavapai College Performing Arts Centers commitment to provide accessible arts entertainment to the community during the COVID-19 lockdown. YCPAC will celebrate local artists by offering a performance platform, and dedicate a portion of viewer donations to support future artists.
