Our brave Americans on land, sea and in the air are the true stars of this soulful tribute to our Armed Forces. We honor the invincible spirit of our military troops with a patriot concert featuring Aaron Copland’s Fanfare for the Common Man and Hoe Down from Rodeo. Ottorino Respighi’s monumental Roman Festivals showcases the classic style you’ve become accustomed to with the Salt River Brass. Then the folk song Shenandoah, John Williams’ Hymn to the Fallen and Irving Berlin’s Puttin’ on the Ritz will put you in the mood for a wild romp through new variations on Yankee Doodle arranged by our music director, Patrick Sheridan. Finally, the Salt River Brass recognizes America’s heroes with an Armed Force Salute and john Philip Sousa’s The Stars and Stripes Forever. This one is not to miss!
